Customized Items Cannot Be Returned! Please make sure you have had your consult with our customization department prior to your purchase.

We have a no return policy, due to the pandemic we are not accepting returns at this time. Please review your purchase carefully before checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately in order for proper attention to your order.
No Exchanges on purchases at this time, unless the item was damaged in transit or an incorrect item was received. If this happens, please contact us at email@example.com
Refund Policy for Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item. After receipt, please remember that it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
Orders that are placed site direct will be processed and delivered within 7 to 14 days. All custom orders may take longer due to production time and size of order.
